About Purchase Method of Konatsuya Kaiju Exhibition

For the health safety of our customers, we will only be selling customs and original artworks by lottery via email.
Please be sure to read the following instructions carefully before applying.
＊Application Acceptance Period＊
From Aug. 16 (Tue.) 10:00 a.m. until Aug. 17 (Wed.) 10:00 p.m.
＊Announcement of Winners＊
Winners will be notified by email on Aug. 22（Mon.）
＊Artwork Pickup＊
Period：Aug. 24 (Wed.) to Sept. 4 (Sun.)
Location：Umeda Loft 5th floor variety goods register counter

＊＊Terms and Conditions＊＊
①＊Application Notice＊
●Please be sure to submit your application within the application period. We will not accept any application outside the application period.
●You may only apply once. Please note that duplicate applications will not be eligible for the drawing. (It is possible for family members with the same address to apply together.)
②＊Prohibition of Resale＊
●Resale is strongly prohibited. We also do not allow proxy purchases for the purpose of resale. If you wish to make a purchase on behalf of another person, please ask the person for the purpose of the purchase and confirm that the purchase does not violate the terms and conditions.
●In the case of resale (resale of artworks within six months of purchase, or resale of artworks at a price exceeding the purchase price), we will request the prompt return of the artworks and will not accept any future purchase applications for Konatsuya.
③＊Artwork Pickup＊
●Please note that only the winner can pick up the artworks. No proxy will be allowed to pick up. Delivery is also not available.
●Please print out the winning e-mail or show it on your smartphone screen when you pick up the artwork.
●Please present your photo ID for identification.
●Please pickup your artworks during Aug. 24 (Wed.) to Sept. 4 (Sun.) during business hours. If you did not pick up your works during this period, your order will be cancelled and you will lose the right to purchase it.
●In the event of cancellations, new winners may be notified outside of this period.
④＊Handling of Personal Information＊
●We will not use your personal information for any other purpose than to confirm your identity at the time of the lottery and pick up.
●Since pickup will be done at Umeda Loft, we will keep the list of winners at Umeda Loft until the delivery is completed.
●After the delivery is completed, personal information and the list of winners will be deleted.

Please include the following information in your application.
・Subject: Konatsuya Kaiju Exhibition
・Body: Please include the following information.
①Your name, address, and phone number.
②The artworks you wish to purchase. (Please write the corresponding number of the work. The list of works→http://konatsuya.blog.fc2.com/blog-entry-564.html) There is no limit to the number of works that can be applied. Please write all the works that you would like to purchase. The lottery system will allow the maximum winning of one painting and one custom.
③Please read the above terms and conditions (Application notice, prohibition of resale, artwork pickup, and handling of personal information), and include the following information in the email.
"I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions of the Konatsuya Kaiju Exhibition (Application notice, prohibition of resale, artwork pickup, and handling of personal information). I understand and agree to the terms of this agreement.
Please note that applications without the above information (1) to (3) will be invalid.
